Service Description

Ease your stresses and revitalise your body with our sauna and Ice plunge sessions . In our group sessions, you’ll have an hour to enjoy the health benefits of heat therapy in the company of your friends or colleagues. An excellent team building exercise and promotion of wellbeing. Detoxify your body and relax your mind as you unwind in our spacious sauna, which can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. Follow or alternate with a plunge into the ice bath for the ultimate HOT/ COLD therapy session. Alternatively, book a private session for a more personal experience.

🌿 Sauna and Ice Bath Information 🌊 Thank you for booking our sauna and ice bath session at In Tune! We're excited to provide you with a rejuvenating experience to help you unwind and refresh. Here are some important details to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable session: What to Bring: Please bring two towels for your session. Swimming togs are required for the sauna and ice bath experience. Remember to bring a water bottle and stay hydrated while using the sauna, as well as before and after. Sauna Etiquette: Please respect the privacy and comfort of others by refraining from nudity in the sauna. Keep conversations in the sauna at a respectful volume. Ensure you shower before and after using the sauna and ice bath. Safety Guidelines: For your safety and comfort, please note the following guidelines: Medical Considerations: If you're taking medications such as diuretics, barbiturates, blood thinners, or beta-blockers, or have any cardiovascular conditions, please exercise caution when using the sauna and ice bath. Pregnant individuals in the early stages (first trimester) are not permitted to use the sauna. Consult your doctor before using the sauna if you have chronic conditions or diseases associated with reduced ability to sweat or perspire, joint injuries, implants, pacemakers, or defibrillators. Other Considerations: Alcohol consumption prior to sauna use is not advised. Individuals with fever, recent joint injuries, or who are predisposed to bleeding should avoid sauna use. Listening to Your Body: Please be mindful that you will be unsupervised in the sauna. Listen to your body and exit the sauna if you feel uncomfortable or lightheaded.
