Get a group of friends or work colleagues together and spend an hour stretching, moving, swinging and laughing. It will be the most fun team building / exercise class you have ever tried. You will leave feeling lighter, stronger and taller than before. Minimum of 4 Maximum of 8. Please enqiure with Jess to book a group class.

Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation Policy: A 50% refund will be available up to 10 days before event. No Refund is available after that time. Thank you for your consideration of our small business.
