Autumn Cacao & Floating Meditation Evening Join us for a deeply nourishing evening beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a guided floating meditation wrapped in the weightless cocoon of the aerial hammock, and finishing with a relaxing sauna. This experience has been intentionally created to support relaxation, grounding, and the gentle release that comes with the energy of autumn. ✨ Cacao Ceremony ✨ Floating Cocoon Meditation ✨ Sauna & integration time Bring togs and a towel for the sauna. We’ll have blankets ready for you to wrap up in and stay cosy. All are welcome. $60 per person or bring a friend for $100 for two Spaces are limited.
